Another finish - I’m on a roll

It’s not quilting, but it is finally finished! The pattern is called Beauty Cardi and it’s knitted with cotton yarn from Hobby Lobby. I’ve knitted many sweaters but this one had some new-to-me techniques. There are no seams - it’s knitted from the bottom up and the shoulders and underarms are joined by binding off the stitches together.

It has 3/4 sleeves. I like the lacy detail at the bottom of the body and sleeves.

Very pretty, Donna. I like the idea of no seams. I haven’t knit anything in quite a while. Quilting kind of took over my creative impulses. My daughter is a beautiful knitter though.

Lois, your daughter and mine, both fantastic knitters. I did knit back in the day, mittens by the dozens, some bulky knit sweaters from Mary Maxim patterns, nothing really what these girls knit today. but can we say, they got the bug from us.!!!
