95% American chestnut according to OIKOS is doing well. Its location and shading make a good pic difficult from this angle.



Trunk shows a limb or two removed from blight and shading. Lowest branch going left actually has had some blight for many yrs, and side branchlets have been cut off, but majority of branch lives on, so blight effect is practically insignificant.
