"Real" plumbing on IKEA sink?

last year

I bought a cheap sinktop from IKEA for an upcoming remodel because I really like the functionality: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/orrsjoen-sink-white-70545106/ (Kohler used to make a similar version but I wasn't fast enough.)

The included plumbing is garbage. Aside from the lack of a provision for a stopper, the slope on the drain is very shallow (which does allow extra space in a cabinet below it but I am skeptical).

Can standard plumbing be fitted to this sink, specifically a normal tailpiece and faucet?

TY!
