Well there are ways to get creative with well placed plants in planters for screening. And furniture selection is important so it doesn’t look cluttered. But looking at your plan I’d be more concerned about the interior. If this is a full time home I’d be concerned about storage but if it’s a vacation home maybe that’s not an issue. Also, invest in concealed motorized shades as windows seem to be your biggest investment.

Thank you. Its a vacation home for now and will be a fulltime home in the future. It’s not the only building on site we will build a farm house like garage and storage/hobby room.

Fine for a vacation home. And if it's just for a couple in retirement when it's full time living - I suspect that it will just be the 2 of you most time and having that space available to you from both the living room and the primary bedroom would be nice.

We designed our screened porch for access from both master and living room (it's not in a corner, so no visual concerns) but we also have a bathroom accessible to the screened porch for pool users.

Use of screening, stripes of window film, shades, etc can manage any privacy concerns you may have - but again - if it's going to be you and spouse primarily in retirement - who cares! With accessibility from both areas, you'll use it more and enjoy that view.

I’m confused at what the problem is? The living room gets a view of the deck which has a view of the bay?

If I'm understanding correctly, the Lounge2 has a slider to the back deck, which you plan on using as a private deck for the Master which also has a slider to this deck, and the Lounge2 slider is what you are uncomfortable with, but are fine with the Lounge2 having a window?

Make the Lounge2 slider a window? Are you sure that there will never be a time when someone other than the Master occupants will want to look at the bay from sitting on this deck?

Is that a window or a door from the living room to the deck? Bedroom decks rarely get used. I would make sure it’s a door and have the deck accessible from both room.

When the entrances of all the bedrooms and most of the bathrooms can be viewed from the main entry it screams START OVER. The main bedroom deck is the least of your worries.
