I basically redid the framing and room layout on 1/4 of my house, resulting in a bathroom with a 48x48 shower, space for a soaking tub along the same wall, and opposite wall is the toilet and there'll be a 60" double vanity. I have my heart set on large format tile in the shower (at least) but do not feel comfortable (1) putting glossy tile on the shower floor and (2) don't particularly want to carry the same tile to the floor anyway. I could do the envelop cut -- done it before -- but even with a matte tile, envelope cut shower floors still are a bit slippery. So, I am hoping to find a hex (ideally) mosaic that will vibe with this large format on the walls. It is from Home Depot and is called "Verde Fantasy". Online photo (at least on my monitor) isn't telling of it's coloring, so I've included a photo here along with a selection of bluegreen/green subway tiles from Floor & Decor.

My understanding is that the floor tile should not be busy, considering this large format is busy. I've bought and returned probably one of everything at any tile supplier I could find near me and none of them seem to really work for me. I'm trying to avoid a white floor and would prefer to be able to bring 12x24 tiles to the rest of the bathroom that are the same as the shower floor tile (or so close it's negligable).

Friends have suggested a light gray marble to match the light gray marble main body of this large format, but that leaves me with... basically ether a gray or white floor. I have looked everywhere at stores and online for a SHOWER FLOOR-APPROPRIATE mosaic in a dark green like the subway tiles pictured, but there's like... NOTHING out there and what I do find is those 1x3 rectangles or penny tiles, which I'm not currently too keen for and the greens I've found aren't really working. I've considered trying to find a very neutral taupe/concrete-ish tile but haven't found one that doesn't end up looking like a cheap 90's bathroom and, frankly, taupe doesn't vibe with wood vanities IMHO (my vanity teak, the countertop it comes with is carrara but not set on keeping it).

I really love this large format tile but if I have to give up on it, I will, and just go with a pure Scandinavian simplicity design that I am actually capable of on my own. There are no examples of this tile installed anywhere online and the manufacturer/Home Depot's website photos are useless.
