If you are only replacing the door then I would say no muntins (dividing bars) so they are consistent with the windows

If you're going to all the expense of replacing the doors, you might also consider replacing the round top window with a rectangular transom. Nothing screams 1990s like a round top window. We did that a few years ago and it looks so much better--more classic and updated at the same time. You can see the result here:

Depending on the style you're going for, either do muntins on all the doors and windows, or leave them all plain. Muntins are more traditional, and plain more modern.

The round top will need to be chnaged as well. I would definitely make it a squared off transom and lose the half round. No muntin's on anything.

I built a "modern Spanish" inspired house and only used horizontal muntins dividing the casements into thirds. I kept the large sliders muntin free, for a clean unobstructed view of the lake & golf course beyond our property.

Ideally the window design will complement the exterior and interior style of the house.

I do not think they belong on sliders ever and you have a great view why mess it up IMO the big issue is that arched window . I think you have a contemporary space so not grids .

I think it looks nice both ways. Though I usually like an unobstructed view, if you are leaving the windows drapeless, the muntins like Beverly shows seem to make it seem cozier without blocking the wonderful light coming in.
