Look up "upright and wing", which is a general description of a house type popular from the 1840s on. It can be Greek Revival through Folk Victorian.

The porch has been captured and enclosed, maybe even with the roof extended a bit, which masks what Seabornman has identified.

It's hard to tell, as the right side has clearly been resided, but I'd look to see if the entire right side was a later addition. You can look at permits for the house at your local town hall, see if there were any big changes.
