Love this basement. Can you please explain what kind of lighting

I would llove to know what kind of lighting was used that was installed between the floor joists. The dont sem like regular recessed lighting and I love how they are set above the bottom or inside the floor joists

It does nor seem like cans or boxes were used to suppor the lights

Thanks for the feedback and question, @David Formosa. The lights used here are from Progress Lighting (P8108-28-30K), a 5.5 inch flush-mount LED light. Wood cleats were run along the inside of the joists, providing space for the electric, and plywood then installed to the cleats for a finished look. Some in-progress photos follow to help illustrate.
