Tiling a sunroom with heated floor

One question on tiling this sunroom. From the house out the concrete slab 9 1/2 feet there's about an inch drop /slope. Should that be leveled or just maintain that slope?

What do your local codes say? What does the install instructions on the heated floor say?

Without insulation under and surrounding that slab, you will be (futilely) trying (and failing) to warm all the soil and air the slab is exposed to. Dedicated 240 electric heat cables are a floor warming system, not a room heating system. They only belong in habitable spaces. Which a sunroom is not. Exterior porches like that require slope.

What sunroom? Is the floor flat otherwise? Is the radiant heat there now or are you adding it? Radiant heat with no insulation (under the slab, but at the very least vapor barrier will not do anything at all and the reality of it is it will be a waste of dollars and a freeze chance if in a cold climate.
