Dark Table and large canvas

I like #3 also - I think the smoked black looks nicer than the aged black pine - however, it costs over $300 more (I typically pick the more expensive one!)

You said a mirror perhaps? If not art, then I would think this is a good place for a mirror. This might be a good spot for a paned glass mirror, with beveled edges on panes? Lots of options in various finishes, sizes and price ranges - look online. I’m thinking a paned mirror there might add more interest than a plain framed mirror - almost like a piece of art…

How much space from that wall to side of sofa ? The pics can sometimes be deceiving so an actual measurement would be helpful Most consoles are approx 30" high is a good height and allows for a nice large piece of art to hang a proper height too.

My choice is art. It will add interest & life to the space. No mirror - looks like all it would reflect is the room. I like all of the art suggested by @BeverlyFLADeziner. They are all dramatic & that’s the kind of art I’d select for this space. A blackish / soft black color table would be great to balance dramatic art & add a pop of interest to room. You have some black with stair railing & fireplace front + TV so black table would balance the room.
