OK....I think they left off the 1/20 part...which makes it gold filled....NOT solid gold. THAT would explain it. It's missing information!

@HU-864750314...Noooooooooooooo.......I was just looking. I like quality and I'm highly allergic to metals on my neck...if not solid gold. I don't actually wear that many turtlenecks, I get hot too quickly. And....I have a HUGE jewelry collection from when I had to dress-up in the '80's. Guess at this point...I'm just astounded that seller is still on Ebay at all.

Sad story. My mom had a gold necklace like the one pictured. 14k gold. Somehow I mixed it in with the jewelry I was selling, and now its gone. I wish I still had it. All her jewelry was very formal, this is one of the few everyday pieces. Darn.

I went on Quince the other day to look at duvets for someone on Houzz and noticed their jewlery section. I might buy their gold paperclip necklace. It is delicate and pretty looking. I own very little jewelry.

I had thyroid surgery years ago and ever since I has bothered me to wear turtle necks and bulky necklaces. I just wore no jewelry at all. I'm starting to want to wear it as I get older, add a little sparkle near my face.

The first time I noticed a paperclip necklace I thought it was different and very pretty. Since then I've seen quite a few of them and I still like them, but I like the more delicate ones - like the one on Quince.

@sushipup2...Exactly! A necklace that is 3.5 grams should cost a minimum of $300 and up......
