help redesign my Mudroom laundry room golf simulator!

Here are our first and second drawing after we asked the architect to remove the bathroom, and maximize the lounge area. We said it’s okay to move the laundry and stairs to do so. Any new ideas on how to add sq ft to the lounge by rearranging??
