Need help Combining Hallway Laundry and Guest Full Bath and Expanding

I wasn’t sure if I continue this in my previous thread or start a new one but

We are deciding to go with combining the hallway bathroom and laundry. We walked the property and the framing just had the rooms seem way to small. We want to washer and dryer behind doors hidden so if guest use the bathroom they don't see them. We have folded doors at our current house and we hate them and would like to avoid that for the doors in front of washer dryer. Also the doors we have at current house in front of washer dryer just barely give a few inches in front of washer dryer we were hoping to have the closet door/doors be at least a foot in front of the washer dryer.
Doorways need to be wheelchair accessible for future proofing we were thinking not mandatory at all maybe having the sink toilet tub closer to door but that doesn't really matter what ever works best just as long as washer dryer are in behind closet. Also we would like to expand the area 1 ft into the den (probably). Also we don't want folded doors anywhere. (we are willing to if we have to do folded doors in front of washer dryer (if we have to but would like to avoid and do a different door. For sure though the closet door for the guest closet when you first enter though garage needs to be not an open door. I'm not sure if slider or what?!

Any input appreciated!

There are primary BATHS the size of your pantry!?

Not really understanding the need for a FULL bath, no near bedroom. In any case......

I see no need for BIFOLD doors....

Make a passage to both the full bath, and the laundry and see nothing of the laundry!. btw....

ALL rooms look "small" at framing and drywall stage. . You've no fittings within to provide your eye any depth.......

Make sure you actually measure the washer & dryer you are going to buy and add extra depth to allow for drain hose and dryer vent behind them. Newer American models are taking up more room than what gets drawn on the plans ... unless you are buying more compact Euro models.

You could put in a partial wall between the bathroom and the laundry machines, to where the right vertical wall in the bathroom is. Then don't have that vertical wall in the bathroom and no door to the laundry. That will make your bathroom less cramped and hide the laundry. You wouldn't be able to access the laundry when the bathroom was in use, though.

thank you. Jan, I like that idea however. I want to keep the closet where it is tho and not move it to the pantry and the wide of the room would be an extra foot there we want the closet to expand a foot as well. I have seen some washer and dryer that are front load look like short cabinets where the door open in front and the top is a counter top. If I did that I wouldn’t need a wall or partial wall to hide them. In regards to using washer and dryer while hand asking to bathroom that doesn’t matter to me. Thanks all. He wants the plans figured out by tomorrow morning

Whose house is it? I would not proceed until you have this right and this is not it and you already know that. And yes @HU-857674802 you should have continued your other thread as there was important info in that thread that is now lost aand will get repeated.

    TRUTHS

This is not your home, it is the home of your parents.." BARNDOMINIUM "

Were I your builder/their builder......I would strangle all of you.

You are on a site, the help is free, and "You" keep changing " your" mind,

expecting us or the builder to read your mind

You have at least four threads for the same home.

The "bath" began as a powder room, is now a full bath, you want the location

changed, then "it isn't big enough", The Pantry is the size of a decent BATHROOM.

The den is walled off from the kitchen

    USE IT FOR SOMETHING!

At no point has the whole house been presented legibly, they are screen shots.

You "like" something until you don't like it. No goals for the space is clear.
