Hi Dean, thanks for your question regarding my artwork. I hand-painted this directly to the wall. This was part of a great room that I had done with an old world plaster finish and detailed sky ceiling murals. I planned ahead by taping the space off that I was going to paint this little surprise. That made the illusion a bit more realistic. Feel free to contact any of the artists here in the Houzz community that live near your location to replicate this for you.
