When I lived in California I knew a number of fellow old rose growers . Texas and the entire West Coast are hotbeds of old rose interest. We are also scattered throughout the entire country, but in lower concentration. Since I moved to Colorado, I have not yet found "my" rose people locally (though I will say that lots of people here do grow roses).

I have always found that rose conferences are both educational and enormous fun. I'm looking forward to seeing long time old rose friends along with ones I have not yet met.
