Give character to your textured walls with a limewash.

The very first thing you do, is draw that room. Show the door entry. it's dimension, each wall exactly in inches. Upload that little sketch below, and good old paper and ink is just fine, You don't need a computer program, you need a sturdy tape measure and accuracy to the INCH.

Is there enough wall space to rotate the toilet and move it to the wall with the door in it?

Explain how a vanity is air return please . Does it not hold anything just fake or what. The space looks fine so just explain or take a picture of the air return ?????

Just do a 24" sink cabinet and center the sink in it, so you aren't standing right next to the toilet to wash your hands. Also move mirror to the right over the new sink position. Might need to get a slightly narrower mirror or mirror that whole wall.

Then do a shallow cabinet on the left, to store extra TP, tissues, etc.

Get rid of the basket things over the toilet.
