Here are the sheen levels from the BM TDS':

Aura Matte: Gloss / Sheen Matte (3 – 5 @ 85°)

Scuff X Matte: Sheen / Gloss 8 – 15 @ 85°

Scuff X Eggshell: Sheen / Gloss 15 – 25 @ 85°

Scuff X Satin: Sheen / Gloss 20 – 35 @ 60°

I have Scuff X Matte walls & Scuff X Satin trim.

IMO, it would depend on how your family lives. If kids & indoor/outdoor pets - a slightly higher sheen on your walls and trim will be easier to clean.

Both lines are very nice paint, but in my experience, the Scuff X is much more durable when it cures (in every sheen).

I've used Aura once (goes on beautifully!!), but it is much easier to knick or chip.

I have used Aura matte on the walls and Aura semi-gloss on door/trim/crown in my previous and current houses. I prefer flat on ceilings. Happy with that selection.
