Help With Cabinet Toe Kick Repair

Hi Guys,

I have some damage on the bottom end of my cabinets. The sticker inside the cabinet door reads, "Certified Cabinet KCMA Code: X" which i believe is American Woodmark Cabinet. I have reached out to the manufacturer but was informed the cabinets I have were discontinued and were unable to help me. The cabinets are the original ones that came with the house which was built 14 yrs ago.

Is there any way I can fix this? I have tried visiting Lowes and Home Depot in hopes that I could find a similar toe kick panel but could not find any. I found one tow kick which is a couple of shades lighter.

Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find a toe kick that matches the color of my current cabinets or how I can repair this?

Toe kicks are an easy fix! I have rentals....do it all the time. Ever been to a Habitat Restore? They usually have toe kicks in ALL types of wood...all colors for about $5/ 8' stick. I use double stick tape to attach it....little tack nails where there's a plywood support between cabinets. Looks pro! I suggest Habitat because they have left over supplies from new cabinet installs.

Your cabinents are not real wood, that's pressboard or anothe laminate and they are water-damaged. The easiet way it so simply run some wood baseboard across the base, stained to the approximate color. A miter saw, a nail gun and an afternoon - will look great.
