Last.......mounting extra inches above the casing, really doesn't fool anyone, UNLESS it is over another treatment such as a woven shade, creating the illusion of a taller window. Example below....hiding a lot of header over the windows which are a third or less the width of yours as well.

Perhaps use those you love in another room, rather than force them into this space.. I definitey would not throw another 800.00 at them, for all the reasons ....especially the fullness.

What do you need from the windows coverings? What you want to keep will look cheap always. Fake panels are never the right choice IMHO. You buy drapes wide enough to be at least 2.5x the width of the rod and then if you never want to close them that is okay but the fact is they should always look like they can close and still look full. You have no space on the right side for drapery panels so IMO do some sliding panels for the slider door and be done .

Proportional curtains will not "block" a view to the pool. You need at the very least a single pair of DOUBLE width......and you don't have enough.

Since you love them, put them back up the way they were. Then if the proportions seem off after a month or two, you could move them elsewhere. There are no curtain police, only customs that vary geographically and according to circumstances.

Looks like there are two panels. Hang the rod just as you had it, except extend the rod as far to the left of the slider as you can. Now hang the two panels together for a stack back look. Fabric, from a distance, looks like a great color. There isn't enough wall, anyway, to the right of the slider. Even if you were to find more material, it would be risky to match, as the dye lots wouldn't be the same.

Move the floor plant out a little so you can see more of the fabric.

lengthen them to draw your eye up to the accent beams in your ceiling.

I wouldn't lengthen them by adding a complementary fabric.

Either use them as is or put the money towards buying new longer panels. You don't have much wall on the right to make things look balanced.
