If the size of your sectional doesn't exceed 108" in each direction, you could consider this layout. I have placed a square rug on the diagonal because the furnishings have to curve around the space in order to work successfully with the fireplace.

There is no other location for a 75" TV other than your one solid wall.

Was going to suggest same thing as Beverly. The only placement for TV is on the solid wall. Because of that, the couch would best placed on the window wall. Depending upon the size of couch you select will determine the size of your dining table as well.

Not enough room for even a reasonable dining table. ......may as well eliminate that function and sit at the breakfast bar.: ), go out to eat for table sitting.

What about giving up the breakfast bar and putting in something like this with a small round table. This would go against the breakfast bar.

On the 10'6" wall, mount the t v, use an articulating arm, so wherever you are, you can watch it. Under the t v (this depends on the size of the table you choose) put the dining table.

Hopefully, the dining set will wind up in front of the fireplace. Nice ambiance if it fits.

2 or 3 stools...do arm less and swivel (important for size and flexibility). Left of fireplace there is 2' of space. Use it.

Using the corner area with the two windows, place a sectional. This one could work for you as it has arrangement options. All the furniture I have pictured has legs...up off the floor makes a room look more spacious.

Use a storage ottoman with a tray top, for double duty.

Anthony - is there an eating area in the kitchen over by those windows? Those windows look like they might be bumped out / bay windows. If so, both layouts - from simplynatural and from BeverlyFLADeziner work. You could add a chair to simplynatural layout. You might have room for 3 smaller stools at the eating bar. Give us a picture of the kitchen to answer my question please.
