Holding area: has named cultivars with tags, unknown named cultivars, and seedlings. It is always fun trying to remember the named cultivars that don't have tags.

The bed is behind the garage and goes to the right the entire length of the garage.

These beds hold 450 named cultivars and I have no idea how many seedlings.

BURTONSVILLE BLUSH at 7:45 pm with the temperature hitting 100 degrees today. Not too shabby looking. So far, this has been my favorite daylily of the early season.

SULTRY GIRLS: a better picture today

VATICAN CITY: Usually darker, but the warm temps overnight impacted it.

WONDER OF IT ALL: One scape has been putting out perfect blooms. The other three scapes are consistently having blooms hang up.

PRINCE POPPYCOCK: A different look than the other day.

Best in Show Betsy: A child of Prince Poppycock. These blooms are much larger that Prince Poppycock. First blooms of the season tend to have funky sepals, but then they improve.

Ellison's Elegance: I really think that this is a hybridizer's plant.
