These are mockups based on the cabinet choices I have been given. One is the inspo picture I like however the company doesn't have any of those options. I don't know if I should go elsewhere and pay significantly more to get what I want or just go with one of the other much cheaper options.

About the house: I live in Tahoe but I do not love most of the Tahoe designs. The house looks like a traditional house on the exterior (not Tahoe traditional or mountain modern so I'm not confined). I am in the process of removing every single piece of yellow pine in the house (no small task bc Tahoe people love yellow pine, see picture of what I'm working with). I don't like yellow or orange woods. I will paint the ceiling and window trims white, replace the doors and I have to figure out the cabinets. At first I was going to paint them but I hate the lower cabinets and the bizarre raised L shaped island is odd. I really need drawers and a pull out for trash cans.

Any input or suggestions (even outside of these options if you don't like them) would be helpful.

    Look at IKEA Vedhamn.

Pale solid European Oak and veneer. Made in Hungary. You can find dozens and more zEuropean Oak floor options from every flooring source to go with it. All wide drawer lowers.

Thanks @dan1888. I already picked out new flooring. I'm going with engineered hardwood - European White Oak - Regalia Coronation. I have to figure out the cabinets before I install the floors. I'm not sure I feel comfortable with Ikea. Every single thing I have bought from Ikea didn't last and was broken within a few years. Doesn't make me feel good when investing in cabinets.

Spanish maker DOCA has a Classic line which is quite a bit higher up the food chain from Vedhamn. Also fully European Oak. Company showroom on Wilshire in LA. Dealer with examples is Artistic Kitchen in Mountain View. Link. Lines include Biarritz, Britania, Timeless and Chapa de Madera. Link.
