My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Name of this Flooring?

Love the color tones and pattern on this floor! It goes well with the stained trim and wood furniture. Anyone know if it's hardwood or LVP and what the color/pattern name might be?

    Hi Lauri, wow, that's one of my very first homes from decades ago lol. I do, however, know exactly what the floor stain is. It's original Minwax oil stain Walnut with just a bit of Provincial added in to keep it from turning yellow. The ratio I usually use is 1 gallon of walnut with 1 little half-pint can of Provincial. The color variation, if I recall, came from mixing red and white oak floors. Best of luck!
