I am not sure that would be an ideal fixture for a bath since first it lights up not down but also glass allowing barebulb glare too

Are you sure you want the glare of the exposed bulbs?

If you are trying to use two vanity lights in a primary bath, I would choose a fixture that throws light down toward the mirror instead of one that leaves the bulbs fully exposed. In bathroom use, glare and shadow control usually matter more than finding the exact same shape from a Marketplace listing.

A few things worth checking are width, bulb position, damp-location rating, replaceable glass/shades, and how far the fixture projects from the wall. If the light is mostly decorative and the bulbs sit bare in your line of sight, it can look good in a photo but feel harsh when you are actually standing at the mirror.

I work with a lighting and metal hardware manufacturer, so I look at this from a production and QC perspective. For a vanity wall, the best result is usually the fixture that gives even face light and feels easy to maintain, not just the one with the closest silhouette.

The essential design feature on the light fixture is that the glass ball/glove has a glass neck which is not typical. This one from Lucia Living doesn't come in chrome or in a 3 light.

Is it presently in the powder room or is that the picture from Marketplace? If in PR, suggest flipping so lights face down (won’t accumulate as much dust either).

The chances of finding the exact fixture might be difficult and be paying full price.

Maybe search on Marketplace for a set that might even suit better, are proportionate to mirror(s), and complement the faucets and hardware. If patient, you’ll eventually find (and may even suit better).
