I’d keep it simple since the floor space is already tight. Instead of adding a lot of pictures, you could try one larger textured piece of wall art to create some visual depth without making the wall feel crowded. A slim floating shelf or a mirror could also help add dimension while keeping the space feeling open.

Add a console if you have the space for it. Then add lamps on it for lighting and find a new home for the floor lamp. Your mirror that’s behind your sofa now could maybe be used above a console depending on what size everything is.

Since you specifically don’t want to overcrowd the wall with pictures, I’d consider making the lighting itself the wall decor. One large moon-style wall light could add depth and give you a focal point without adding a console, multiple frames and more objects to an already tight space.

One large landscape, 20x30, hung horizontally and centered on that wall at eye level. A view with distance in it, like a lake or a valley, does what you're after; it reads as depth, so the tight space feels roomier instead of busier. One piece, not a gallery.
