Does the bathroom door hardware lock? Does hardware exist that does?

I have a sliding "barn mount" door on my bathroom today adn no matter what there is a seam that shows right into the bathroom and the toilet is mounted against the wall. I was thinking about this style of door for privacy while still leaving me clearance in bedroom but I want to know if the door can be locked.

    This particular style will not lock. You can get the same doors with a t'astrical and flush bolts that will lock the door. Its virtually the same look. Ask your trim carpenter or builder for a twin door unit w a t'astrical.
