Granite has been popular for a long time, but I worry about it "going out of style" soon. I like quartz but I'm not sure it is the best choice for the kitchen (hot pans and staining ingredients). I love the look of marble but I do not know how much upkeep it would be. I really like the organic feel of all the above materials but I'm not sure what to choose. We have tile in the kitchen now and i love it, but I'm ready for a change. Our bath counters are cultured marble, but I want to replace them.
