So we are in a bind with purchasing a home that is situated in a great location, beautiful view, cul de sac, privacy and pool, but the 2004 house doesn't look 100% on the interior???bath tub in master bedroom is too bulky and makes the room look smaller! too many steps to each area of the rooms, the ugly gas fireplace and wooden bookshelf built into the wall, and the interior remodel was ok but not the best...what do you suggest we do? Make an offer lower than the selling price and later on upgrade everything the way we want it done?
