Pitch and window/door dimensions

Can you please tell me how high the ceiling is at the high point and what degrees the ceiling is pitched at?
Also, if you can provide dimensions on the doors and windows in this room?
This is exactly what I plan on doing in my home, but can't find an example of the pitch we want.

the door is 16' wide by 9' tall. the ceiling is approx 15'6" height at the tallest point. the ceiling is sloped 3:12

Can you please tell me about the floors. Wood? Tile? I can't tell from pictures but I love the lightness. Was the same material used for the flooring throughout the house? Would not have considered floors this light for our home until seeing this beautiful work. Thanks.

the cabinets are not zebra wood, they are macassar ebony. they are custom designed by us and built by a local cabinet manufacturer here in dallas. let me find out first from him if he wants his name published....
