My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Hardware is from Restoration Hardware. The pulls are 6"

      They are just 5" planks of unfinished oak that are installed and finished on site. The color is a custom mix of dark Duraseal stains finished with 3 coats of polyurethane.

      They look great. The stain was well chosen. Many site finished floor end up with a custom mix on site for optimum results. I've noticed 5"-7" are very popular widths lately.

      The pendant over the table is Troy Lighting's Sausalito. We just installed the 24" size over our breakfast nook and it looks wonderful hanging from a 12' ceiling.
