My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi lkinnear, the paint is called Winds Breath OC-24 from Benjamin Moore.

      What a great way to create an airlock entry for a wintery climate but also a wonderful sense of entry. The floor space would be used for entry any way, but it doesn't feel like you're walking right into the living space. Kudos.

      Hello Irat,

      Thank you for your inquiry. This is an enclosure for the front door of the home so that every time the door opens the living room is not blasted with cold air from outside. It was custom designed and installed in this home.

      I was asking for the side of the wall where I see a brown wood little door

      it may me think that this a closet .Would you share the name of the architect you work with in this project ?I have a very similar house in Toronto

      My apologies for the confusion. What looks like a door is actually a small antique armoire. Jeffrey did all the work for the interior of the home. The home is a historical building in Cabbagetown so the exterior could not be changed.
