My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this staircase metal? Also, would you mind sharing the color of the stain used for the stair treads? Thanks for sharing!

    Yes, the railings are metal and are painted BM Gargoyle. The treads are a custom stain that was finalized on site. They coordinate with the flooring, which is made by Kenmoor , type: Pioneer Maple. Hope this is helpful! - Sarah
