Hi @gc3807, thanks for reaching out! We build our Studio Sheds as a panelized kit in our HQ in Louisville, CO, and then ship to you to be assembled! You can choose to hire one of our installer partners or DIY the installation yourself or hire a trusted local contractor to have your home office installed.

Looks like the 8x8' is the smallest and lowest price @$11,455. The 10x10' (I think that must be a very popular size?) is $13,001... You have to cllick the link that was shared, and customize your own shed. Definitely pricey, but gorgeous and a lot easier than building your own modern masterpiece. Wish i had the budget Studio Shed - really stunning stuff!
