My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's Vintage alright! I sadly sold it to a photographer awhile back and regretted it as soon as I let it go. It was a great piece!

      That sofa definitely looks vintage..maybe sixties??? My mother in law had a sofa just like that in gold.

      How old is the couch? if I had to guess, I would guess 40s.... I have one very similar I am about to have reupholstered, stuffed, wood repair. Struggling with picking a color and fabric. I'm thinking velvet. but I have three dogs and I worry I'll be vacuuming it every day like I do with my chenille couch.
