looks to me like an acid stain, maybe mahogany with some amber. If you are doing this yourself make sure you neutralize the acid with ammonia (mixed 4 parts water to 1 part ammonia) before you apply any sealers. When doing an interior floor, it is important for a long lasting finish to use a good epoxy and 3 to 4 coats of a good floor wax. Most often, I put down 1 coat of a clear epoxy, then a urethane topcoat which increases the over all strength, and finish with several coats of floor wax. This should out last you.
