Brown can be elegant and sophisticated. What do you want for yours?

Brown is a lovely idea for a powder room but it wouldn't be a great choice for everyday use in a Master Bath.

I recommend the brown for the master bath It would be rich and elegant. If you use the Color911 app you can choose the brown you want and bring the app to the paint store for them to match. There are also many color themes in the app with your bathrooms colors in them if you want to see what other colors you can decorate with. It's great for color inspiration.

I have not found that color is represented accurately on computer screens, sad to say. I'm not sure you could match a color to what's on any computer screen without it turning out off-color.

In the long run, the only way to truly find the color that fits a room is to paint patches of what you think you like, in the room you plan to use it. Lighting is everything: it will change the color. I tried out 5 colors before I was happy with my LR color because it had to look right with daylight, lamplight, and compliment the seating. For a while it looked like a NYC subway and (in my case) months of staring at it in all kinds of light.

Not everyone is that picky about color. Brown is brown and blue is blue, etc. But to me, if it makes the occupant or the rest of the room look wrong, it's worth the time and aggravation.

A deep mocha would be very rich.
