My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is that an actual table over the kitchen island ? I LOVE it ! And it doesnt really appear to be a black but rather an off black ? Could you enlighten me ?

    Hi Stephanie,
    The island is made to look like it has a table over it, but it was constructed using turned legs from Osborne Wood Products and a profiled flat stock board to join the legs together. Those parts are painted a dark chocolate brown color.

      This was more than likely custom built by the cabinet maker. The side door is an exact fit between the posts. This could not work out this perfectly to have put a table over the cabinetry detail.

      LOL Monique. They did an excellent custom build because it does require a second glance looking at the photo of the kitchen island to ensure that it actually is not a FarmHouse Table. The cafe colors chosen are great.

      It is approximately 82" x 35". If we had the room in the kitchen, I would have liked it to be 88" x 40".
