I'm a flooring contractor, and have prepared an estimate in my quick books program for a client. I now noticed that her company requires that we follow the company's bid procedure. She has Sent me the blue prints, bid requirements, and a bid form along with the quote request. When I open the bid form it includes all the building material needed for the house in excel form. I'm not entirely sure how to proceed.... Do I just enter my product and price on line alloted for flooring, or do I attach a link or file to an actual proposal form with my company name etc???
