My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for asking, but no ... they're not for sale and I don't have a source. I've collected them one or two at a time over the years from estate sales and antiques (junk) stores , and I'm not ready to part with them yet. Maybe someday - I'll keep you in mind. Happy new year. Ginni Burney
