I am doing a full rebuild to our old hardwood house in Sydney. We are up to choosing colours for the living kitchen area, we want white walls and ceiling. The floors are Tallowood, the kitchen bench tops will be a light flat grey, the kitchen is gloss white, the beams in the ceiling a Tasmanian Oak and the doors and windows are aluminium white powder coated. My trouble is that I will put skirting and architrave on and not sure about everything being a bright clean white? Could it be too stale? Some rooms look great like this, any opinions would help.
