Hi, myrenokitchen (is that a family name?), I'm Rhonda & was the designer on this fun project. Just wanted to make sure you & others had the right info. This room is actually 35 7/8"w (close enough) X 72" &, back when I went to school & when I used to work at Neil Kelly, we used to call that 6' (not 5'). If you're trying to squeeze in a small half bath where one doesn't exist, it will be effected greatly by door swing (we changed this one from a hinged door to a pocket door) & type of toilet (elongated seat, round seat or tankless). There are NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) standards for clearances, not to be confused with your local code requirements. Be careful out there, folks:)!
