Provenza Old World Alabaster?

Hi! A lot of people are questioning the color of the floors and I am sorry to do it again. But the alabaster is really light and has a whitewash to it. I keep looking at these pictures and can't see it. Could it possibly be Fallen Timber or Desert Haze? I am looking at this flooring for my house and am desperately trying to find pictures of Fallen Timber to see if I like it.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Rory. I know that the floor in the photos does not look like the Aged Alabaster, but it is. For whatever reason it just showed up differently on camera. In person it has sort of a grey wash to it. As you can see, pictures can be deceiving so the best thing for you to do is get samples (as big as you can get) of the woods that you are considering and bring them into your home. Other factors like paint, furniture, light, etc. will effect the way they look in your space and something that you love online or in a show room may not be what your looking for once you get it in your home. Live with the samples for a while and see what you love. I can tell you that Desert Haze looks similar to the color tone in the photos, but it has more dark knots in it and the planks have more color variation. It's a bit more rustic feeling and a bit darker than the floor appears in the photo above. We had it in our previous home and really liked it. It's warm, but not too dark. And it's super durable. With three kids and dogs it held up beautifully. It did seem to darken a bit with time and wear though. The photos aren't very good but you can see more of it if you look under our profile at the house called Costa Mesa Street Custom. It does look darker in the pictures than it does in person but you'll be able to get a feel for the overall effect with the knots and color variation of the planks. Good luck to you. I hope you fine one that you love!!

Rory, did you install the fallen timber? If so, how did it look and can you post a pic? Are there knots in it? Looking for images of fallen timber myself. Thanks!

Hi there, I too have been desperately trying to find the perfect flooring color of the Provenza line for our home remodel. I would like something that looks like hickory but not too rustic and more subtle variation. We are trying to find photos - any luck finding fallen timber? Any photos of Weathered Ash? thank you so much!! This is quite difficult! Deb
