Could I modernize my ranch house by removing the shutters, updating the windows, shifting to a monochrome paint scheme and updating the door from a half-light to a full light (not quite achieved here because of the limits of the design tool I used). I've experimented a bit. Anyone else agree? Is there a better way to go about this? I've attached a potential before and after photo (apologize for the yard debris -- we just had a big storm.)
