We recently bought a home, and performed some upgrades before moving in. The kitchen had a nice brick arch and tile counters (and island) and Oak cabinets. However, the entire kitchen looked worn and aged. The brick arch gave a character to the kitchen and I did not want to get rid of it. Decided to keep the same layout with some upgrades.
