I purchased a Lars Dining table, 6 Aubrey Dining Chairs and 3 Norman Counter Stools from Rove Concepts. Less than a year later everything had fallen apart in some way or another. Table legs wobbled ridiculously and could not be tightened. Dining chair cushions had flattened to the point of being terribly uncomfortable to sit on for more than 15 minutes. Walnut veneer of the counter stools initially split and then later fell off.

All 10 items were absolute junk and are now laying in the Palm Desert California Landfill.

In retrospect, their business model is clear as day to me now. They advertise high-end looking designs, produce those products very cheaply, charge the highest shipping costs in the industry (compare Rove shipping charges to other suppliers of similar items - Rove shipping is very typically 3-4 times higher than all of their competitors), then lastly (and here's the real grift) create extremely restrictive return policies that in effect require the customer to both forfeit those initial high shipping charges AND pay those same high charges over again if the customer wants to return anything. Effectively making it never worth it to the customer to return anything.

This company is a total scam.
