I'm having wood floor put in throughout the downstairs and I'm concerned that the afternoon soon that is currently shining through the leaded glass door, the transom window and the two little side windows will damage the wood. I plan to have window tinting put on the transom windows but that cannot be done on the leaded glass door. What can I put on the door to block the sun? I've seen a shirred window treatment made with a sheer fabric attached to the door at other houses but I don't like that look. Can someone suggest something else, please?
