How could you make a Tower Garden look good?

Hi,
I live in Calgary and it is -40 this weekend. I want to grow kale, chard, etc. in my home and think I may have found a solution in the Tower Garden ( https://www.towergarden.ca/). Because it gets so cold, it is not an option to have it outside. Before I get it I want to be able to convince myself I can make it look okay in my house? Any ideas? I would love to see what you've done with yours.
