I am bummed also that my Shaw sink has chips. It's only a couple of years old.

Rohl sells color match repair kits. You should be able to purchase one from your local Rohl dealer.

I have this sink, had it for 7 yrs it looks terrible. I would never buy it again. Chips EVERYWHERE. From normal wear and tear. Never used abrasive cleaners. Company said too bad, try the repair kit. Took me 2 hrs to repair all the chips, cleaned it, let it dry, filled all the chips very carefully after reading and u tubing a video. Looked terrible, white polka dots all over. But I shouldn't have worried because 1 month later they are all showing again. Company said I could get a new sink for half off. I said why would I want another sink that looks like garbage in a year. I do not recommend this sink unless u want do alot of up keep and have it still look like crap. The picture shows what it looks like after the repair kit and the brown spots show where the repair fell back out.

That's unfortunate. I've never seen this happen to a fireclay sink. I'd recommend the bottom rack to prevent further damage. Your original place of purchase can help you acquire the rack.

I stupidly purchased a 2nd shaw sink thinking that the chips in my first one were result of poor use by previous owner. Even with the grid on the bottom I am 1 year in and super careful and have chips. So bummed. Worse decision.
