My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I would like a dark dining table but my wood floors are similar to the floors in this photo. Do you think I can make it work without refinishing? What color rug would you recommend? Thanks!

    Yes, I refinished them to dark brown. The table worked with these, too. I had a black and cream rug with it
