What would you include if designing your dream kitchen?

I know I want extra-wide drawers for serving platters, a separate set of drawers/cabinets for summer melamine dishes etc, and an area for 'coffee supplies'. I also want vertical slots for pot lids and an appliance garage that doesn't look like an appliance garage. What else?

OH forgot my real dream kitchen has a huge hearth fireplace with a trestle table in front with a wing back chair on each end;) .....and the expresso maker built in;)

I just put in my "dream" kitchen over the summer and managed to incorporated all the features that I really wanted ... but there is one thing that I discovered AFTER my kitchen was installed that I am now coveting -- this integrated paper towel holder ...

An on all cook, not sure if that is what they were asking but no matter what the kitchen looks like a cook is necessary.

I call it a crumb chute, a seamless cutout in island top that allows crumbs to be swept into garbage can placed in cabinet below.

I would want a pantry area around the fridge at the same depth as the fridge so it looks built in.

Pot filler over the stove, a pantry with an extra refrigerator & freezer & shelves to put all the tools of the trade (bread machine, pasta machine, pizza oven, crock pots, roasting pan, dutch oven, large pots, etc) single file so you don't have to dig to find them.
